COVID-19: WHAT FERTILITY PATIENTS NEED TO KNOW

Our team is diligently monitoring the continuing spread of the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) in our region. As always, we are following the CDC’s guidelines to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our patients and staff. To keep you informed, please read the following information.

YOUR HEALTH IS OUR PRIORITY

The coronavirus pandemic has disrupted all of our lives and we understand how stressful this is to our fertility patients. We want you to know that as always, we are your partner along the journey to parenthood and are committed to your well-being and safety. Because to this, an in accordance with the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM)'s guidelines and New Jersey governor Phil Murphy's executive stay-at-home order, our practice will not be beginning any new treatment cycles at this time.

IMPORTANT OFFICE UPDATES

Our Marlton location will remain opened for urgent in-person visits with limited office hours from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM during this time however, you can schedule a telemedicine consultation through our FertilityConnect™ service, which allows our patients to participate in social distancing, while still meeting with our physicians from the comfort of your own home. Many insurances cover this service and some even waive the co-pays during this stressful time. We are planning to resume our typical schedule and begin new treatment cycles on May 1st. Due to the fluid nature of the situation, these guidelines may be subject to change.

We are taking additional precautions to maintain a safe environment:

  • All consultations will be via our telemedicine service, FertilityConnect™
  • The temperatures of both staff and patients are taken daily
  • Only 1 visitor is allowed to attend appointments with patients
  • All visitors must be over the age of 16
  • We are sanitizing all common surfaces in between each patient visit
